When you receive the ABLE Inventory you have purchased, there will be a number on the actual inventory (approximately the left center of the front and back page at the bottom). This is how the report is tracked. After it is returned, you have complete control over who has access to the information contained in the ABLE Report.
Any future questions you have about your child's report should be forwarded with the document number by e-mail or letter.
Your name and address will never be sold, traded, or given to anyone.
